The kids have been having a great week playing with all their new stuff... Of course now we really need to spend some time going through our old toys... We have too much stuff, time to send some off to Good Will for other kids in need. Thankfully Madeline and Wes enjoy picking old toys to give away so I think that is how we will spend today, New Years Day...
On Tuesday we got to go to The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe to visit Grandma Pik. She was staying there with Dad and Pat for a couple of days.. They went to the Holiday Bowl and Grandma hosted us for dinner.. We showed Madeline, Wes and Kait where Jim and I got married. The Rose Garden looks just as pretty as it did nearly 6 years ago... Grandma was a good sport, it was a rough time with all the kids screaming and playing, she actually had fun even with all the screaming.
We tried for a picture, this was as good as we got.
