So Wesley turned two today. We celebrated with a small little party yesterday afternoon. The above picture is Wes and his Daddy relaxing in the hammock before the party started. We had some of the local San Diego family over to the house as well as a Madeline and Wes's little buddies Soifa and Nico. Loads of fun was had by all as you can see.
Madeline was into helping out with present opening. you can see from this picture that she was thrilled to see the GINORMOUS dump truck that Wes got from his Aunt Shelly and Uncle Adam. They have been playing with lots of cars and trucks today courtesey of them. And none of them were noise makers. WOOHOO!!!!
Wes was adorable as usual, and so thrilled to see his Nemo cake. Check out his face here when the cake is coming towards him. AND, he even blew out both of his candles. What a big boy. The rest of the party was spent running, and I do mean running around the back yard.
Our friends Julie and Chris were babysitting two little girls that were almsot the same age as Madeline and Wes, so there were lots of kids chasing around the yard. Cousin Kait wanted to get in on the action. Check out the Wesley Birthday album to the right to see the fun fun fun!!!! First day of preschool is tomorrow.
